Our online return policy

Please note that all sales are final. Our shop being very small and committed to minimal waste, we do not hold any stock. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Please refer to item description before ordering and look at the measurements. If you are unsure about your sizing, please make sure to chose “custom size” when selecting your product and give us your measurements at check out. Therefore, you can be sure to have a custom garment with your correct measurements.

We check all items personally before sending them, however, if  your item arrive with wrong fit measures or in a bad condition after transportation, please send us picture in the 7 days following the receipt of your item and we will arrange for a return and replacement.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Price will vary according to the destination and will be indicated at check out before you complete your order.

Processing your order will usually take up to 2 business days. Our artisans will then work on creating your bespoke piece, expect this process to take up to 10 days. This will allow us to deliver a product crafted with quality and heart.

As soon as your order is processed and sent, we will send you an email with the tracking number to follow your order.

**Temporary COVID-19 update – We will process all orders as quickly as possible, but there may be delays due to limited staffing at the shipping company we are working with.
